Processing Time

 

 

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, product launches, or holidays.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time (details will be listed on the product page).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Estimated delivery times:

     

    • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days

    • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

    • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (customs delays may occur)

     

 


Please note: Delivery estimates do not include processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s progress.

International Shipping

 

 

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Rack Ready Outdoors is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

 

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot guarantee changes to your address once the order is placed.
